Our services

Happy Paws offers a wide range of services dedicated to the wellbeing of dogs and cats. Our mission is to help you understand them better and for us to take care of them as if they were part of our family. Happy Paws has a cozy family structure in Waterloo, close to Brussels.

Behavioural consultation for dogs and cats

Certified in canine and feline behaviour, I use gentle and positive methods. I will meet you at your home or during an outdoor walk to better understand the issues you are facing with your four legged friend. Then we will discuss practical solutions to correct them.

Reasons for consultation with dogs (non-exhaustive): adoption from a shelter, aggressivity, destruction, unproper house training, disobedience, fears and phobias, baby arrival, adoption of another animal, choice of breed or anything that you consider an issue with your pet on a daily basis.

Reasons for consultation with cats (non-exhaustive): adoption from a shelter, aggressivity, destruction, unproper house training, stress and anxiety, baby arrival, adoption of another animal, or anything that you consider an issue with your pet on a daily basis.

N.B. We do not have any miracle cure All behavioral work must be carried out by the animal’s owner, which requires motivation and perseverance We cannot be held responsible for the failure of a therapy for which all means have not been implemented.

Homeboarding for dogs

We welcome your dog into our family, in our house with garden (6 acres) in Waterloo. Your dog roams freely in our space allocated to dogs and we adapt to their needs. At Happy Paws there are no cages, your dog lives with the pack, goes for walks and has access to the garden. We ask you to bring your usual food and some personal effects if you wish. If your animal needs medical treatment, we will take care of it at no extra cost.

Catsitting

The cat being a fundamentally territorial animal, it will be happier to stay at home during your absence than to move to another territory. We therefore offer you a home catsitting service, consisting of a fixed 30-minute visit. During this visit we ensure that your cat has access to sufficient water and food, a clean litter box and we offer human contact and games if desired. We invite you to read our general conditions here.
